What will I be doing?

  • Translate the business strategy to sales strategy for long-term revenue and growth targets
  • Partner with Director of Marketing on inbound strategy and campaign follow up
  • Design, develop, and improve sales process and work with current sales team to plan sales fulfillment strategy
  • Establish a sales funnel by aligning the sales and marketing plans
  • Partner with Director of Client Success to ensure smooth transitions from leads to clients
  • Provide guidance and leadership to account executives who are pursuing leads of small to medium size businesses
  • Hire, manage and develop our expanding team of sales executives
  • Responsible for personally closing deals and carry fraction of sales quota

Necessary Skills

  • Experience managing sales processes and productively using sales automation tools, we use Hubspot
  • Be able to use sales call feedback and translate that into proposed product designs
  • Communicate team needs to decision makers
  • Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated

Office environment

  • We sit together in close proximity to facilitate collaboration
  • We play light background music, and anyone can play the role of “Office DJ”
  • If you need quiet space, we have private rooms to retreat to
  • We like games: mini basketball, shuffleboard, and ping pong are staples
