Job Summary

As a HubSpot Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of HubSpot to streamline our operations and elevate our strategies. You will be instrumental in optimizing our CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality, and driving data-driven decision-making processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage our HubSpot CRM platform to align with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain custom code solutions within HubSpot to enhance system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HubSpot with other business systems.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Train and support team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
  • Lead projects to improve CRM processes and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and industry trends to ensure optimal utilization.
 

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM system management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Strong proficiency in coding for CRM customization and integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze CRM data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • HubSpot certifications highly desirable (e.g., HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Sales Software).
