About this role:

This role is a dynamic role serving many aspects and levels of expertise around benefit-related inquiries and collaborating with administrators, brokers, and carriers to resolve issues. It also involves assisting with benefit builds and renewals by gathering and updating data, followed by conducting quality assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy. The role includes maintaining and updating the benefit sync dashboard, troubleshooting carrier connections, and managing EDI files and carrier form builds.

What will I be doing?

  • Ticket handling
    • Collaboration with Administrators, Brokers and Carrier Contacts
    • Act as a primary contact for ongoing benefit-related inquiries and issues
    • Work with benefits administrators, brokers and/or carriers resolve any discrepancies or problems
  • Benefit Builds & QA’s
    • Assist in the planning and execution of benefit builds (implementation and renewal)
    • Work with brokers/vendors to gather and update renewal data
    • Conduct QA to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Benefit Sync Dashboard Maintenance
    • Update and maintain the benefit sync dashboard to reflect current data and changes
    • Monitor the dashboard for discrepancies and work to resolve promptly
  • Carrier Connection Building and Troubleshooting
    • EDI Building and Troubleshooting
      • Develop and manage 834 EDI files to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange
      • Build and maintain Ameriflex COBRA and Flex account feeds
    • Carrier form building and troubleshooting
      • Develop and manage carrier form build creation and updating
      • Troubleshoot and resolve carrier form issues
  • Submit bug tickets
    • Ensure proper issues are flagged and raised appropriately
