About this role:
As a Payroll Analyst within our Client Success Department, you will manage the entry and update of payroll data across diverse systems, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration. Your role involves engaging directly with clients to resolve discrepancies and understand their unique system configurations. You will perform detailed audits and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of data integrity and efficiency. Collaborating with senior team members, you will refine data processing workflows and contribute to the development of training materials, while ensuring strict compliance with legal and security protocols.
What will I be doing?
- Engage with clients to clarify data discrepancies and understand their system configurations, ensuring accurate and efficient data.
- Daily entry and updating of payroll data across various Payroll systems, adapting to different formats for seamless integration.
- Perform quality assurances (QAs) of payroll data to maintain high standards of integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct detailed audits to identify and correct (or communicate) discrepancies or inconsistencies in payroll data, upholding quality standards.
- Continuously assess and refine data entry and processing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Senior or Lead Payroll Analysts to troubleshoot data discrepancies, offering support for complex inquiries.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of procedural documents, guides, and training materials to promote best practices in payroll data management.
- Maintain strict adherence to legal requirements and security protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all payroll information.
Necessary Skills, Experience & Education
- 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or a similar data entry role
- Meticulous with data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with various payroll systems beyond our own SaaS HRIS product, adapting quickly to different platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Capable of identifying issues and formulating effective solutions swiftly.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintains an extremely high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to catch on quickly and thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated.
