Implementation Manager

What will I be doing?

  • Be charming and graceful with seemingly limitless patience when following-up with the clients, external vendors (like insurance carriers, brokers, payroll, etc.), and internal teams.
  • Be an expert on the ins-and-outs of the GoCo platform and be able to answer any questions the customer has along the way.
  • Integrate new clients into the GoCo platform, gather the right information from different parties and input everything into the system. 
  • Always be thinking about how we can increase efficiency
  • Collect data from insurance carriers, payrolls, and other HR platforms
  • Input information and data into GoCo
  • Manage day to day tasks for active client accounts
  • Be extremely thorough, nothing can slip through the cracks
  • Double-check, then triple-check your work

Necessary Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with a project management software, we use Wrike
  • Familiarity with a client management software, we use Hubspot
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Industry knowledge, specifically in human resources, benefits and/or software, is a big plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated

Office environment

  • We sit together in close proximity to facilitate collaboration
  • We play light background music, and anyone can play the role of “Office DJ”
  • If you need quiet space, we have private rooms to retreat to
  • We like games: mini basketball, shuffleboard, and ping pong are staples
  • Our campus has a relaxing lounge area, on-site gym, and plenty of places to walk and get food or coffee.
